Compounds are SupraBank's interpretation of everything that can moleculary interact. This can be a small molecule with another molecule or a protein or even a material. SupraBank offers several classes of compounds such as molecules, proteins, nanomaterials etc. pp. We try to provide more and more types of compounds for a versatile experience.

Interactions are parts of an interaction (experiment) as the central parts described by the parameters (binding constant) and conditions (solvent, T , pH ...)
